Church Camp Out at Mohaven

We hope that you will join us at Camp Mohaven for our Church Camp Out. There are a variety of accommodations available from tent/RV sites, to cabins, and other buildings at the camp where you can stay.

We will eat our meals together in the lodge as a Church family. Sabbath evening we will have a hot dog roast and top off the day by horse drawn wagon rides. We will also plan to play a variety of games in the lodge, after dark.

Check out is at 1pm on Sunday. Before we check out, everything needs to be picked up and put back as it was when we arrived. There is a $50.00, non refundable fee per dog. Should you be interested in bringing your dog, please see me and I will give you a copy of the Mohaven Pet Policy.

Operation Christmas Child Packing Party 11/14/09

Meet at the church at 5:30pm for a “packing party” for our Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes. Bring your shoeboxes, and the items you have purchased to fill them, along with Christmas wrapping paper. We will have a fun time wrapping our boxes together. Then we will store them at the church and have a special dedication for the boxes the next Sabbath. Don’t forget a check for $7.00 to cover the postage for your box. Vespers Service

Beginning September 12 and continuing through October 10 the Personal Ministries committee will be hosting a Sabbath afternoon vespers program. They will be featuring a DVD series on Revelation presented by Ed Reid, North American Division Stewardship Director.

The service will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. This is a dynamic series; plan now to attend.
