Popcorn Festival Sign-Up 2026

Beavercreek Hope is again having a booth at the Popcorn Festival, on September 12-13, 2026 (the weekend after Labor Day). Sign up to help staff the booth on either day of the festival at your preferred time. We need about 6-8 people per time slot. Detailed volunteer info will be sent to your email address soon after signing up. Sign up below.

What do volunteers do at the Popcorn Festival Outreach? – Well, as people walk along and visit the booths, our volunteers greet them with a smile.  One of the first things we offer is water.  There will also be literature sharing, such as magazines and tracks, Bibles, and coloring books, for children.  A special highlight that we will repeat this year was the making of balloon animals. If you would like to know how to make those, you will be trained by our local experts.

Are you curious about how God speaks to us today? Join us for an eye-opening event designed specifically for young adults who want to dive deeper into their faith and discover the relevance of Ellen White in our modern world. Guest speaker Pastor Howard will bring us the following topics.

Global Youth Day – Show Up in the Cities

You are invited to join with the Beavercreek SDA youth/young adults and the worldwide church in a day-long event of outreach known as Global Youth Day. Come for a day of service and partnering with God to share His love to the community. Multiple projects are available, including different worship services for which we need musically talented volunteers! Please sign up using this link: https://tinyurl.com/Beavercreek-GYD

Who: everybody who wants to serve, particularly youth and young adults

What: Four different projects: 1) Good Neighbor House food pantry, 2) worship service at an assisted living facility, 3) door-to-door with gifts, 4) homeless outreach

Where: Meet at Beavercreek SDA church to disperse to various locations

When: March 16, 8:45am

Why: To show up in the cities and partner with God in sharing His love for those around us

Bonus: for those who cannot participate in the outreaches, please join your church family that evening at 5pm to eat pizza in the fellowship hall and listen to testimonies from the day.
